So therefor, in order for you to “know me better”, here are some of the things that help define who I am:

Fitness
cycling, resistance training, and martial arts

Music
listening to it, and making it.

The most important part of how I prioritize my life can be found in my premiere task; that of being a father.

I've got three lovely sons: Anders (11), Eirik (9) and our newborn (March 10th).

Without them, and their mother ingeborg, life would be both different and less rewarding.
